Tender seasoned and roasted garlic shrimp are served on top of a delicious set of fresh cut veggies.  Seasonal vegetables are kale, spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, zucchini, tomatoes, carrots, freshly cut corn off the cob, and red onion.   (we save you alot of work with this one!!)  Maureen creates af fresh basil and lemon vinaigrette to drizzle.  Serve cold as a salad or warm as an entree.   (NOTE: may substitute salmon for shrimp, if requested)
